Chickpeas Hamburger | The Lazy Chef Recipies

Image
Lately I've been loving a quick lunch that consist in food that can be eaten without fork... Mainly because I'm lazy and I'd love not to have a lot of stoves/dishes to clean... This is the perfect recipie for that specific reason! You can make them in advance (meal-prep style) or you can serve them as an apetizer paired with a fancy dipping sauce (this is how lazy people step up their game when it comes to food!) when you have friends over... Since the flavours are not so dominant (I love me some good customizable recipies) the hamburgers can be serve in whatever way you find right, swap the herbs to your liking or even change kind of beans! INGREDIENTS BASE RECIPIE  Chickpeas          2 cans, drained and rinsed Onion                 1, medium Celery                1 Carrots               3, medium/small Oat Flour           (if needed and as much you need!) Salt  Pepper Garlic Powder FLAVOURINGS Paprika Oregano Tyme  WHA

Best Makeup Brush Guide?!

Whether you're new to the makeup world or you've been into it for a while, you may have already learnt how important having the right makeup tools are! At that time Sigma was really in, but I live in Italy and buying from them, unfortunately, was not an option! (*credits: sigma.com) Or MAC was also available, but it was too expensive for me! (*credits: review.com) Few years back, when I was just starting getting into the makeup world I found that the most difficult items to find were not "proper makeup" but BRUSHES. As I got into applying foundation, concealer and powders I realized how important having the right tools was and I started making endless researches about what was best for me. I have to say that at the time brushes were not so "in"... You couldn't find a lot of nice drugstore-priced brushes (and I'm talking about 4/5 years ago! Which is crazy to think about how much the makeup world has evolved since then!) and the "

Whole Wheat Waffles | The Lazy Chef Recipies

While I was trying to loose some weight I realized that it was not about eating less, but about "eating more of the right food"! I bought (just because I've wanted one for a really long time) a waffle-iron and as soon as I started searching for recipies I realized that there weren't that many "healthi-ish" waffle recipies that included whole wheat flour (and while I was trying making my own recipie I realized why! It is so hard!) so I DECIDED TO MAKE MY OWN. Here's the link The fact of using whole wheat flour change the consistency of the waffles in general but I feel like it's inevitable since the flour is not super processed... I mean... You give and you have! I, for sure, give up on the consistency for a more wholesome "ingredient list"! INGREDIENTS (makes 4 waffles): Whole Wheat Flour                                          100 gr Cornstarch                                                       10 gr Baking Powder

Mud Cake Chocolate and Coconut | The Lazy Chef Recipies

I'm so lazy... It's not even funny... And my goal in life is to work the least amount of time possible and make it look like I've worked on it for hours... And when I'm in the kitchen the goal is the same! This recipie took me FIVE minutes to make and let me tell you that if you have some last minute guest over, you will not let them down! I HAVE TO SAY that the coconut flour give everything a "not so smooth" texture to the dessert but I actually prefere it in that way! When I eat dessert like puddings I feel like I'm not that "satisfied", because it seems like I'm eating nothing! Please tell me I'm not the only one! For the base I used a basic chocolate cake (I found the recipie in the internet) which for my liking came out a little bit too dry, but it turned out perfect for this kind of dessert! You could be even lazier and buy a pre-made cake or bake a cake from the "box" but I'll suggest to use "real&q
