2018 Challenge! Lean Body Edition

HELLO. Today I've decided to make things official. During the holidays I've gained a bunch of weight and I've decided to commit to something different, that I'm against (not totally, but I'm scared it could become an obsession... We'll see!), and that may help me get leaner for the summer... I've decided to take my measurements and I've invested on a diagnostic scale (a popping 22.90 euros, to be exact! LOL.) to help me understand more my body and figure out my progress, just because I'm about the idea that when you look at yourself on the mirror everyday you end up, most of the time, not seeing your progress, so NUMBERS MAY HELP! WHY HAVE I DONE THIS??? I'm all about listening to your body, doing what you think it's right and what makes you happy... But I feel like, PERSONALLY (we're all different, what works for me may not work for you!), I need something that, when I fell off the track, pushes me back on! MY MEASUREME...

Food Swaps for WeightLoss | MyWeightlossJourney

I've never been the person that followed a diet, I've never been into one and I will never be... WHY? Because I find that restricting yourself, in any way, shape or form, is not the right thing to do ! Even if I try, I think I'd last for no more than a week! (that's my honest opinion). BREAD LET'S BE HONEST... BREAD IS LIFE The texture, the taste, the filling-power that it has... It's hard to give up on bread! But I've found some food that help me stop the "cravings" (which are not even cravings! They're more like a satiation feeli...

Hi everyone! Today I wanna share some tips that helped me lose weight. The most important thing, to me, when starting a weight-loss journey, is not to make huge changes from day to night and expect them to work! Starting small is definitely the way to go!   I. Don't drink your calories I started this weightloss journey with the "I don't want to starve" idea in my mind and the best thing to do is not to drink calories! I'm talking about energy drinks, fuit juices but most and foremost added sugar. I'm not referring about the drinks you buy at the groceries (I mean... Also those!) but about the sugar you put on the coffee/tea... It's so easy to add some empty calories into your diet! CAREFUL! Sometimes we don't realize how much sugar we add to our coffee or other food! II. Less processed food Always with the "I don't want to starve" idea in mind I looked for food that have the proprieties to fill me up for a long per...
